Blair Senior Services, Inc. is proud to announce an exciting new program, CHOICES. CHOICES provides a variety of affordable services and amenities that allow you to freely choose a retirement lifestyle in your own home, with all the support you need to enjoy doing the things you want to do.

All services are arranged by your CHOICES Care Manager so you don’t need to worry about any scheduling, cancellations, or coordination of services. Our staff assures that all of the workers providing assistance to you have thorough background screenings and the appropriate qualifications. Read recent testimonials for CHOICES.

CHOICES is unique in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and currently only offered in Blair County. CHOICES services are available to those seniors age 60+ and are paid for by the participant or their loved ones.

Unlike current programming offered through the Agency, as a participant in CHOICES you are able to select the services that not only meet your needs, but you can also select services that are specific to your lifestyle. Some of the unique services offered through CHOICES are:

Seasonal chores

Medication set up
Personal care
Shopping
Pet care
