Since its inception, Blair Senior Services, Inc. has been required by state & federal law to prepare a multi-year plan. Over the years the plan has served as an essential tool in guiding the expenditure of Agency funds and levels and types of services provided during the multi-year plan periods. Blair Senior Services recognizes the need for effective emergency preparedness to ensure prompt and accurate responses when emergency situations occur. Such preparedness measures will include ensuring the health and safety of the Agency's consumers, Agency staff and the provider network, while maintaining normal operations and service provision.

The Agency maintains a number of emergency-related response strategies, including a specific Pandemic Plan. Based on the specific nature of the emergency, the Agency provides status updates for the community’s review (Status Update).
